Inspired by the architecture and interior design finishing detail for this meticulously crafted luxury development, blanc. has left an indelible mark on the surrounds of South Perth, Western Australia.
Careful attention to detail is throughout accented with cedar vertical cladding providing a soft contrast to the elevation, curved blade walls, textured internal stair blade, luxury appointed cabinetry throughout, plunge pool and spacious master suite.

Promoting a sense of harmony and optimism, the main narrative of these townhouses is their bright and lively appearance. Great care was taken with the design of this home to deeply understand the client’s target buyer, thus resulting in intuitive design that speaks directly to their lifestyle.
Everything in proportion was vital with project 023. Working closely with our architect and interior partners to achieve the seamless combination of sleek finishes, feature lighting and inspiring textures.
The moodboard for the home was inspired by monolithic minimalism, subtle curves and refined elegance, to create an air of simplicity with an emphasis on light timber, bronze tones, feature stone, sculptural elements and texture.

Close attention to the internal vertical volume and the spatial sequence of the space creates a fluid and linear flow throughout the space.
Dark grey accents contrast against the bold white facade while slatted elements create separation and throw attractive light onto the upper terraces.
An internal garden courtyard interconnects and merges spaces seamlessly, ensuring light may enter more freely. The generous use of glass and sliding panels also promotes flexibility, integration and permits a good relationship between outdoor landscaped courtyards and internal spaces. This creates interior volumes that are light, spacious and independent.
Cohesive interior design echoes the clean modern lines of the exterior and the resulting development embellishes the streetscape while being respectful to the immediate and surrounding locale.
